Refund policy

Coffee:

Coffee cannot be returned for credit or refund. However, bags of coffee that arrive with physical damage to the package can be returned within 10 days for an equal exchange.

 

Apparel & Gear:

Apparel and gear can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange. Merchandise must be unused and in new condition.
